Each experience is safely guided by Alice Mazo, certified aquatic therapist, ensuring attentive presence, safety, and care throughout the session.

Janzu
Symbolic of a rebirth into a more peaceful dimension of oneself.
Janzu is a guided aquatic bodywork practice focused on deep relaxation, emotional release, and mindful connection with the body through water.
The session begins with a short introduction to create a safe and comfortable atmosphere. Together we enter the warm water and begin with gentle walking, breathing techniques, and light stretching to help the body settle and relax.
Once ready, the Janzu practice begins. While you float supported on the water, the therapist guides you through a continuous sequence of slow and fluid movements — gentle stretches, rhythmic motions, soft massage, and brief immersions.
In water, gravity disappears. Muscles release tension, breathing becomes natural, and the nervous system gradually enters a deep state of calm.
Many participants describe the experience as deeply nurturing, grounding, and peaceful — sometimes even as a symbolic rebirth.
No prior experience is needed.
You simply float, breathe, and allow the water and guided movements to do the work.

The sensation of weightlessness, combined with the warmth of the water, helps calm the nervous system and restore inner balance.
This experience is particularly effective for those seeking deep relaxation, stress relief, and a moment of inner stillness.

Floating meditation
Subtle fascial work and acupressure point stimulation help release tensions and restore natural mobility.
While floating gently at the surface of the water, the body is guided through slow passive movements that soften muscular and fascial tension.
The experience is accompanied by a calming sound atmosphere that supports the meditative state and deepens relaxation.
Through subtle mobilizations and acupressure stimulation, this treatment helps unwind accumulated stress while restoring fluidity in the body.
