1. BEFORE YOUR FIRST SESSION

Once your appointment is confirmed, you will receive an email containing a Clinical intake form

You can complete and return it via email at contact@alicemazo.com (or print and bring them with you to the consultation).
‍
For online consultations, you will also receive:
- A link to the video conference
- Bank details for payment (full payment must be completed prior to the session).

2. DURING YOUR SESSION

To make a comprehensive health assessment and diagnosis, on all aspects of your health,  we will also use traditional diagnostic methods, such as tongue examination and pulse assessment (when applicable).

Based on this evaluation, you will receive a personalized treatment plan, which include body-based therapies like acupuncture / massage.

3. AFTER YOUR SESSION

Within 24-48 hours, you will receive an email with a detailed follow-up plan (if applicable). This may include :
- Custom herbal formulas/supplements : to address the root causes of your symptoms and support ongoing healing at home (to be ordered separately at your expense)
- Dietary & lifestyle guidance / exercises

Depending on the condition, treatment frequency is generally weekly for acupuncture or every 3-3 weeks for herbal prescription check-ins.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in the full fee being charged.
