Many people experience a deep sense of relaxation after the first session.
However, regular sessions can allow the body and nervous system to integrate the benefits more deeply over time.
It is not uncommon for emotions to surface during deep relaxation.
Water can create a safe and supportive environment where emotional release may occur naturally. These experiences are welcomed with care and respect.
Please bring:
• a comfortable swimsuit
• a towel
• warm clothing for after the session
It is recommended to avoid heavy meals beforehand and to allow yourself some quiet time afterward to integrate the experience.
Aquatic therapy sessions are offered in selected spas, hotels, thermal facilities and wellness centers equipped with warm-water pools suitable for this practice.
Private sessions may also be organized in private pools or retreat locations upon request, provided the environment and water temperature meet the required conditions.
